The 2025 Girls STEAM Institute Global Business Challenge was held in ENGAGE XR October 4-6, 2025, and was an amazing success. The four teams of young women from around the world, including Namibia and Kenya, presented solutions on mental health in the startup-weekend-meets-hackathon special event as part of GSI’s participation in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Here are some of the visual highlights of the weekend-long event that also includes our Open House on Friday, October 3. We began the weekend by gathering on the “Red Planet” where the trees are purple due to the distance from the sun, and we flew around on jet packs. What a great start to the weekend’s events in ENGAGE XR.
