Kelly Ireland is a seasoned technology executive with over 45 years of experience in the IT industry. As the Founder, CEO, and CTO of CBT (formerly CB Technologies), she has led the company’s transformation from a value-added reseller to an award-winning Domain Expert Integrator. Under her leadership, CBT has become a key partner to industry-leading companies, specializing in bridging the gap between operational technologies (OT) and information technologies (IT) with groundbreaking projects in Industrial IoT and High Performance Computing.

Kelly’s achievements have earned her numerous accolades, including CRN’s Women of the Channel and Power Solution Providers awards. Beyond her role at CBT, she is an active investor, advisor, and philanthropist. Kelly serves on the boards of several organizations, including education non-profit Generation Yes and Uplift Family Services at Hollygrove. As a vocal advocate for social and economic justice causes, she takes an active role in mentoring young female entrepreneurs and technologists, leveraging her experience as the owner of a WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprise.
